Ok, without stalling for time, lets's me start my... nasihat maybe. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH. Lol
Ok, pardon me (-_-')

Based on the title above you dah tahu kan apa maksudnya? Then I tak nak bebel banyak-banyak. Huhu.

DON'TS
  1. Milk + meat
  2. Meat + fish
  3. Fish + milk
  4. Chicken + milk
  5. Fish + egg
  6. Fish + lettuce
  7. Milk + vinegar
  8. Fruit + milk (eg: cocktail)
Most important jangan tinggal dinner okay? Tinggal dinner, cholesterol dalam badan akan berganda. Then, jangan makan buah selepas makan nasi. Makan buah dahulu baru makan nasi. Barat people makan buah (dessert) selepas makan. Itu bukan budaya Rasulullah tau :D

Last but not least, take a nap (1 hour) after taking your lunch. Done!
